As a hair stylist I’ve been shopping at this place for about 7 years, I have NEVER been disappointed! The quality of this hair is unmatched! NEVER TANGLES NEVER SHEDS it’s excellent quality, colors great and still maintain its integrity!

1 day after Install this hair matted and tangled. This is dry rotted and fallout hair added to a weft and sheen added to it. The customer service is horrible and they do not stand behind their products. I've word authentic Indian Temple hair many times. This is by far the worst ever. I was so embarrassed the next day because the hair was so stiff and matted it drew up into a ball. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! BEWARE! Unfortunately my review is NOT FAKEand I'm sure the others are real. Your hair is garbage. I wish I could cancel payment. You know your product is garbage.

The only reason I gave them two stars is bc they were so nice and the quality of the actual hair is not bad. I purchased the tape ins. For the amount I paid I expected quality on the weft and to be able to reuse the hair at least once. There is no way someone could wear this hair and wash it without the tape literally falling apart and the hair completely coming out of the tape. I have been wearing tape ins for about 8mos now and this is the absolute worst I’ve ever used. I have other tape ins that I am able to remove the tape and use the hair again. There is nothing to seal this hair to the tape so it literally started falling out as I tried to comb it. I ended up throwing away over half the hair and the part I did use sheds so bad it’s embarrassing. Hair is literally falling out everywhere I go. I might keep this in for two weeks but I can’t take it. I will attach a picture of one of the tape ins and just running my fingers through the hair over half comes out. So disappointing.

HIGHLY disappointed with the quality of the hair bundles I’ve purchased recently from Temple Hair. I’d give it zero stars with the exception to the staff being nice with good customer service in their store. I’ve worn virgin hair for several years with sew ins and I’ve never experienced anything like the excessive shedding coming from these bundles. I’ve literally swept piles of hair off of my bathroom floor and brushes/combs. My stylist most recently performed my wash and style maintenance in between sew ins with the same shedding. Probably worse! I’m not sure if these bundles were from a bad batch (as they will allow you to select your own from several) but it’s very disappointing for the price point expecting a certain quality.

Highlights - Blends well with natural hair - Minimal to no shedding Lowlights - I purchased the wavy yesterday, washed it. The curl pattern completely went away. - The hair is thin. This is lower grade “raw” hair. I purchased 3 bundles all vastly different. Only 1/3 maintained their original texture. - Hair texture post-wash is not ideal

TERRIBLE customer service thet are scammers. I ordered a bundle of some hair and they never sent it and also tried to keep the money and not give me my refund. I kept calling them for weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks and they gave me a runaround claiming that their headquarters were closed and they could not ship the hair, nor could they track my order in their system. I had to file a claim through PayPal just to get my money back….

I was skeptical about coming but I’m so glad that I did!! Tiffany is the bomb! She has very good customer service and is very knowledgeable about the hair. Their hair is real raw hair!!!! So glad I came!!

I have been purchasing hair from temple since 2012 and it has always been a great experience. Within the last few months not so much. Today is the 2nd time i’ve experienced this same front desk agent in the last 3 months and she was once again very snarky, rude, and not very customer friendly. You all have raised your prices and are still advertising old prices. When asked why old prices are being advertised all the young lady states was that it is what it is, and even though those are the prices on full display she is here to tell the correct price (after myself and another customer suggested switching the flyers & large price banner displayed in store, she ASSURED us that it “JUST IS WHAT IT IS, IM TELLING YOU THE CORRECT PRICE NOW.” That is false advertisement! Great quality hair, but please work on updated pricing promotion & customer service. I’ve always felt welcomed here, and enjoyed spending my money here. Not so much the last 2-3 times i’ve came. I’ll give the douglasville location a try.
